Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to the AI Advantage website, digital products and related services. AI Advantage is operated by Oguns Concerns.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Digital products and licences

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing an AI Advantage digital product gives the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for their own personal or internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, file sharing, private-label use or claiming the material as your own is not permitted.

“Premium Commercial Edition” wording

Where a product is described as a “Premium Commercial Edition,” that wording refers to the professionally prepared commercial publication edition offered for sale. It does not grant resale, redistribution, master-resell-rights or private-label rights.

Payments

Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors or merchant-of-record services. Their checkout terms, billing rules and applicable consumer protections may also govern the transaction.

Intellectual property

Website content, product text, graphics, templates, prompts and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

No guaranteed results

Examples, workflows, projections and business use cases are educational and illustrative. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and no particular financial, operational or investment outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, AI Advantage and Oguns Concerns are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. We may update these terms as our offerings evolve.
